Senior Manager BFSI -Training CRM
Experience: 10-15 years
Ready to handle team of 12+ trainers.
Scount potential clients inBFSI and assosiated industries and convert in to business.
Complete agreement processand guide through 1st cycle of business delievery.
Interact with client representative and generate indents on month and ensure that adequate indents are available with ops team to achieve planned monthly revenue targets.
Share month on month indents with ops team and client demands.
Interact with client , sort out grievances and give feedback to management.
Ensure invoicing is done for eligible clients, keeptrack of renewal of agreement of active clients.
Expand BFSI sector across regions.
Ensure continual interaction with customers.
Understand and identify needs of various bank and provide appropriate training.
Market need based, custom-designed training programs for various levels of bank personnel in BFSI.
Review and assess content delivery, monitor customer feedback and escalate when required.
Maintaining excellence in training methodologyand best practices by adopting systems and procedures.
Ensure instructors are continously updated in theory, skills and nuture team with feedback and counselling.
Systematically audit the programs, get feedback from banks.
Analytical approach to programs being conducted capable of managing topics for training in level1 and level 2.
Responsible for facility and faculty utilisation.
Should be able to manage connect between business development, content development and training faculty with qualitative modules delieverd.
Must be able to open new account,travel extensively, nuture tea, build and follow up sales funnel.
Gather and identify essential needs of bank requirements.
